When hot tap is turned on there is little or no hot water it runs hot for a few seconds then cold and does not go back to hot unless tap is stopped and left for a few seconds then the same happens. The radiators are hot and also tried the water with out the radiators on but the same just happens. Any ideas of what is causing this and how to rectify this? The boiler is a Worcester 28I Junior. The diverter is your problem, needs new diaphragm or whole valve poss.
