Concrete drive quote

Hi all, i live in Woking in Surrey and have had a quote for a 45sq meter concrete drive.

The details are:

dig grass out to 300mm.
Shuttering
Hardcore to 200mm
C30 concrete mix of 100mm and smooth

Quote is £7,800 inc vat.

I nearly fell over when I got this but subsequently, i thought it would be useful to understand if its my miss-expectations or otherwise.

By the way, there are no trees, drains or access issues.
