Concrete guttering

Hi
What is the best method to repair leaking concrete guttering?I was thinking of using a weak PVA solution, once this had gone off to use a heavy duty liquid damp proofing solution. Is there a better method?

in preference to pva, if you are using a bitumen based product you can prime with the primer sold for flashband self adhesive flashing as its bitumen compatable and not water based. pressure clean or scrub gutter b4 application
