Concrete Sealant

I had a new concrete floor laid in my garage 2 days ago. Can I apply sealant now or is it best to wait a few days?

The floor must be dry before you seal it. Lay a piece of polythene on the floor overnight - if the underneath is wet its too soon to seal the concrete.

aren't you supposed to leave new concrete for 30 days or more before applying anything on top?
