conecting areial from main antenna to bedroom for television

i was looking to find out what is the best way to go about bringing the brown lead down from the main areial in the attic to my bedroom, as i have just moved house, and i cant get a good picture for any channel. and would like to finnally get a good pictue. please reply asap as this is so fustration. thanx :(

purchase a booster/splitter unit, fit it in loft with aerial in plus 2 outputs ie cut into existing coax, aerial in ,aerial out using original coax, 2nd output new coax to bedroom point, will need power point but load very low.
this will give TV in bedroom but not sky/video/dvd etc from down stairs, you did say easiest way!
to get other services up stairs put splitter before TV downstairs and run new coax up to bedroom, then watch whatever is available!
