conservatory base
There are a number of things to consider when designing a conservatory.
The size of the project, its weight (will if have a solid roof, solid is best.) Will it be all year round? What type of heating? What type of insulation? Once these are sorted then the design of the foundations and walls falls into place. Keep in mind the new Council Tax regulations, this will affect the amount of Tax you pay.
