conservatory/boiler

Hi,
I'm considering having a conservatory either done for me or even doing some of the work my self(skinflint). My question is that the flu/vent for my boiler is on the outside wall of my kitchen would be used to erect the conservatry, meaning the flue would end up inside the new room. i realise that this no good so how do you get round this? rather not relocate boiler if possible.
