I would like to seek advice on a topic, about which I received no advice on some time ago.
Due to having my new teleivison suspended from the ceiling of my lounge, I think I would create more space in the vicinity of the television, by making the normal wooden door into the hallway, into a sliding door, hence it would not open into the lounge area.
I wonder if any of you specialists out there, could point me in the right direction, in the art of making this transfer. What do I require to do this.
Will a normal door, similar to the wooden one I now have in place, fulfil the object. Basically the equipment and how to go about making this door a sliding door is what I need. Any book or website recommendations on this subject would also be appreciated.
    Thanks for any advice given.

Its a relatively easy job, just remove the door, remove the skirting board and wood round the door frame. Buy sliding door gear of specification strong enough to carry the weight of your door, attache gear to wall above door and to top of door and finish as you like.
Probably W---s will will have the gear and an how to leaflet.
