Converting single glazed upvc windows to double glazing

Hi Guys and Gals,
At the moment i have single glazed upvc windows,they are all sound but we want to convert them into duoble glazing,
so im after some advice,
what i need to know is what size beading would i need to buy to make them fit and also what thickness glass do i need?
Also where can i buy from online?

are there any names on the window frame profile ?that is your only way of getting beading for your windows
