Cornicing

:D I have one room in my house that has original cornicing that i would like to get cleaned, as it is one room i don't really want to pay a professional as i think it will cost a fortune, anyone have any tips on cleaning it myself?

Unlikely to get a safe reply in the forum as no-one will want to stick their neck out on what seems to suggest an ornate "antique" cornice. There are pastes out there for restoration cleaning but you are much better (if we have read your post correctly) getting a pro in.
