correx boards

can you paint on correx boards? if yes what type of paint can be used on it or any other plastic type surface? thanks

One answer that Google found me was
Yes, using water-based acrylic emulsion - but sand down beforehand, and wipe clean with a damp cloth.

No; I haven't tried it ;-)

And maybe . . . you have already lost interest.

Hi,

Yes you can, water-based acrylic emulsion is best but make sure you sand it down and give it a good wipe with a damp cloth.

If painting light colours I tend to use lighter coloured sheets like these to make it easier: https://www.cmt.co.uk/flame-retardant-corex-sheeting
