Corroding angle bead

Hi everyone,

I decorated my house about 6 months ago and have used an emulsion paint to paint the walls and metal angle beads that are used on the corners of walls.

I have noticed that three of them have started to corrode, is this the paint that I'm using and if so what can I do to stop the corrosion? Is it a case of applying a base coat or replacing the angle?

I would replace them they have just rusted over time.
