Couple of problems need help

Hi hope you can give me some advice,firstly one new radiator only heats up at te bottom the rest is just warm however there is no bleed off valve,how do i get the top to heat up?
Secondly the downstairs toilet starts sqealing very load after it been flushed,while it filling only?

toilet is a problem with your inlet valve/ball valve. probably just needs a new washer but it is easier and nearly as cheap to change the while thing.

Radiator - must be a bleed nipple somewhere - back/side? sometimes they are flat head screw shaped.
