Cracks in my wall!!!

Hello,

Hope someone can advise; I own a 1930's end of terrance house in Margate, Kent. I have a long crack on a outside wall at the rear of the property from about halfway up to the top outside corner. This has been like it since I brought the property 3 years ago. I have now noticed that the front bedroom has an internal crack from floor to celling on the same outside wall.

What can this be and what can I do about it please?
