I have a 9 year old house which when the wind blows, the flank wall on the right hand side sounds so creaky that it is unbearable. Having checked the spec for this property, it states that there are metal stud partition to non load bearing walls and that all internal walls are dry lined. HELP. Can anyone explain what this awful creaking can be.
