Creating a REAR DRIVE

Can anyone recommend a good aggregate for a drive? I have laid an area 7.5 x 4.8m with broken or crushed brick on a base of concrete flags and part concrete. I will need to compact a depth of upto 100mm-125mm. I also have an access road between my rear boundary wall and the drive that I am creating. This area is approx 2.5m wide by 7.5m with a grass strip down the middle.

I've heard of MOT and roll planings and but not sure what to order and have been advised on ordering 5, 10, 15 and 20 tonne? Will I be able to Can anyone give an opinion and estimate of quantity required.

My main concern is the drive and any excess can be used on the access road
