Creosote stains - everywhere

Hi

I have had a handyman get creosote substitute absolutely everywhere outside my home and am looking for ideas, tips, products on how to remove the stains.

Surfaces affected include, UPVC window frames, concrete driveway, concrete fencing plinths, stone patio, garage door with original coating on (i.e. not painted over) and block paving.

HELP ME!!!
