Cutting tap holes in a bath

What is the best way to cut tap-holes in an acrylic bath:?:

I did this in the latter part of last year. I used the appropriate sized cutter from a plumber's specialist kit of hole saws that I bought locally. It produced a clean hole. You will also see these kits advertised on the internet. A set of seven will cost you around Â£25.
