Damp either side of patio doors

    Postby Reb » Mon Jun 18, 2007 10:51 am

My 1930's house has solid walls. Every 'improvement' in the house has been done on the cheap. The patio doors are the old metla framed sliding type. I've noticed on either side of the doors at the bottom there is a damp patch. Is this a problem with the doors not fitted properly or the dpc in the wall ?

Could be either or could be both I'm afraid Rebecca, you will need someone on site to tell for sure.
