Damp in chipboard floor 1st floor flat

by Dave Proctor » Mon Mar 28, 2011 8:53 am

I have a 1st floor 1980s flat, with no building under. the lower floor is concrete, closed cell foam insulating blocks above that, then the chipboard floor. A lot of damp is coming up through the floor, enough to make carpets, beds & chairs damp. What can I do?
