Damp line course

Please can someone help!!!??? I have someone at the moment doing my paving and have just realised after a few days of him working and cementing, that the damp line course is not 150mm above the paving. In most areas it is a lot more than that but by the house it is around 100mm. The paving area is on a slope so it it not too bad. However, i'm worried that the day i sell the house it may cause a problem! Please could you advice before the bulider comes back on Monday??
