damp on walls

i have a porch with damp on its got render on the outside then breeze block and artex skimmed on the breeze block.

i get damp patches all over there is no air brick in the porch.

Whatsort of damp symptoms?
Render is not necessarily waterproof unless a treatment applied(exterior paint/waterproofer), breezeblock will absorb water, as will Artex.
If it is only single skin, could be penetrating or condensation, if cavity, likely to be condensation/ ventilation, but need to know the signs of damp.
