damp proof membrane

Hi. Am needing to take up old tiles, dig floor and install a damp proof membrane, relay concrete etc. Approx 7 m x 4 m. Would be really grateful for any ideas on what to expect to pay. Have had a quote for £3,000. The job is a bit much to do myself. Thank you...
