Damp / Wet patch on ceiling URGENT HELP PLEASE
I live in a basement flat, We have had damp proofing done in our room, but there seems to be a leak or water entering somewhere, as I have a "wet patch" above our bed which is against an exterior wall, this is an old convertated house, I asked the neighbour above and we checked under his floor boards but there was no pipes or dampness . Could it be the exterior wall? the "wet patch" is slowly getting bigger its about 30cm in diameter, if it is , is there a way I could seal this ASAP? Thanks
Take a look at any one of our damp projects and ring the phone number for Property Repair Systems. They give free, no obligation advice and we recommend them. They will tell you what you need to do (if anything) and will also be able to supply you with anything you need to do it with but will certainly not try to sell you anything you don't need
