    Do I need to change the washer

    Hi,
    Yesterday the handle on my mixer tap controlling the cold water only stopped turning fully, it only turns slightly and no cold water comes out, does this mean the washer has gone?

    COULD BE SPINDLE STICKING IN VALVE NUT.
