Does anyone know how to adjust these door hinges?

There is a gale blowing in the hinge side of my PVC door. The fitter came back to adjust something as the door wasnt closing properly (still doesn't), so he may have affected it. The picture shows the hinge. I have removed a small plastic cap with 3 prongs from the top. Under this is an allen key hole, is this where I need to adjust it? Thanks Julie

yes you use an allen key to adjust the hinges,Start at the bottom hinge and SLOWLY move the hinge,Dont over do it take your time otherwise you could strip the thread.Doors dont really need ajusting its down to the door being poorly glazed and not packed properly,so if you still have problem after you have tried that,it will need repacking
