    Hi
    could anyone recommend a door closer for a rising butt hinged door? Will a standard door closer suffice or are there any specific type of closers for rising hinged doors?

    I would contact Dorma or Laidlaw, have a look on their websites, they have loads of data. They will be able to advise you as to the type of closer required.
