DPM under stud wall

In converting the garage I have to build a stud wall on the inside , I want to put a DPM down on the floor before insulation and tiling. When it comes to installing studwall to secure the rail to the floor I dont want to screw into the DPM -- is there something I can use to secure rail to floor other than drilling and screwing into rawplug?
