Drainage off a gravel driveway
Im considering constructing a gravel driveway with a brick edge restraint all around the perimeter. However, as the driveway slopes back towards the house I'm concerned about surface water draining through the gravel and pooling at the foot of the driveway by the house. As the proposed driveway surface is to be gravel I guess it rules out the use of an 'Aco' style drainage chanel as that rely's upon the rainwater being able to run into it. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can resolve this potential problem?? Thanks.
