duct outlet in pitched roof? Information, help and tips on many areas of roofing including trusses, tiling, venting, insulation etc....

is it possible to put a duct outlet for a bathroom extractor (100mm) into a pitched tiled roof and make it weather tight? anyone tell me if there is something on the market that can do this? also how will i get it through the tile? is a core driller a bit much to go through a tile?
