    a. is it ok to stick this product to the sub-floor? [using proprietary adhesive - Mapei]

    b. ...to a bitumen sub-floor?

    Not a great idea to stick it down at all really Phil, and uneccesary at that. Laid on underlay this flooring cam move naturally and with the correct expansion joints it will not twist or bow at all.
