Excess Wallpaper paste

Post by gary_tyler » Tue Apr 08, 2008 9:03 am

Papered our livingroom wall about 2 weeks ago, got stubborn glossy marks at some of the joins...assume this is excess wallpaper paste. we were using a damp cloth all the time but just can't remove these marks. Spoiling the look of the room. any ideas to help me remove this?
Cheers

Gently rub the glue with an artgum eraser. Use small, gentle strokes so you won't tear the paper. When the glue has been removed, wipe the area with a cloth dampened with clear water to remove any eraser particles. :D
