Extractor Fan

Hi,

Can someone offer any advice on a new extractor fan please.

I currently have a silavent ceiling fan in my bathroom and would like to replace it. The problem I have is the ceiling is artexed around the fan so I need to find a replacement that is 25cm by 25cm, otherwise I'll need to get the ceiling redone.

I have no idea what Im looking for or what spec I need. Any advice will be much appreciated. The current fan hole looks 4 inch, but the piping in loft is much thicker.
