    fence

    Postby ive » Mon Apr 30, 2007 11:15 pm

i have a 22m length of border which i want to fence.running down the length of the border are the origonal concrete posts that wire used to run through about 3ft tall.these posts are all solid with a massive concrete ball on the bottom.they are unevenly spaced between 8 and 10 feet .what i am thinking of doing is bolting 4x4 wooden posts to the origanal concrete ones and then building a 6ft feather edge fence. the question is will these posts be strong enough to take the fence in the long term.

    many thanx ive
