Hi , Severn Trent came to fit a new Meter, problem identified as the disable bathroom payed for my father was a complete wreck and to get it checked out.
Have done this, result £6000 pound spent having work done is now laying in a pile outside waiting for skip. lots of serious faults found so , stripped it out.
underneath shower tray was a bloody big hole, actually its measuring.
3ft x 2ft and aprox 12 to 14 deep,
obviously needs filling in . should this have a membrane or can it just be repaired with concrete,
would be very grateful for any help, i have very little budget after being conned
so going to use local trades for work to be reinstated
