finishing off a tiled shower room

Hi,

can anyone advise?

I have retiled my shower area in my en suite, It is a just three walls, a shower door and shower basin. i think i've done it right by tanking the walls and using waterproof adhesive and grout. is there anything else I should do? someone mentioned i should seal the tiles and grout, is this true? and if so what would i use to do it?

Any advice is much appreciated
