    Fitted Wardrobes + Mildew

    Postby newbie » Thu May 10, 2007 9:08 am

I'm looking to install full height fitted wardrobes to an external north-facing wall. I'm a little concerned about damp/mildew/condensation in the wardrobes - any suggestions? I don't really want to construct an inner wall or line it, but I could re-route some central heating pipes to run through the wardrobe at low level.
    Thanx

Ventilation top and bottom of the wardrobe could do the trick. See our project on condensation through the link below. A constant air flow is the answer to condensation problems usually.
