fitting new bathroom light ,help.

hi, need help wiring a new bathroom ceiling light, wires coming out of ceiling are 3 red grouped together, 2 black together, 1 black with a piece of red tape around it, and 4 earth wires, how do i connect it to new light fitting which has a connection block with a live,a neutral an earth and a spare empty connection, thanks :?:

Step1) isolate circuit and prove circuit is dead before you start work
Step 2) terminate all your earths together at earth terminal
Step 3) two blacks to neutral on terminal
Step 4) black with tag to Live terminal on fitting
Step5) the three reds to the spare so the are terminated together causing contact between them.

but on the diagram
L = loop which is your spare
N=neutral (so that explains that)
S= switch live which will be marked up live on your fitting, this is the returning live from the switch that why it's tagged red.

If you follow my instruction you should be okay

Connect as follows;

3 reds - spare connector block
2blacks - neutral
1black (tagged red) - live
Earth wires - Earth connection
