fitting remote controlled switch needing a com wire

I have the standard live lighting circuit and earth at the switch BUT the new remote control switch needs a com wire is there any way it can be wired to replace my standard switch ( new switch has 1 x live in 1 x neutral in and 1 x out. :(

Simple answer No in most light switches we don't have a neutral. Only way would be to wire to ceiling rose which is why many remotes work directly to light and are built into light fitting not wall mount. Very common with ceiling fan light combo units. Replacing wiring in the wall is only other way.
