Fix for Leaking Gaps in Tiles on Outbuilding

Post by ChrisJF » Tue Jan 05, 2016 10:49 pm

Hi All,

I have got some great advice from this forum over the years through searching other posts, but now need some of my own.

Hopefully the picture will speak for its self. Having noticed leaks during heavy rain in our garage these correspond (unsurprisingly) to the gaps that seem to have developed between these interlocking tiles.

Any idea on what may have caused this, and what the solution is? If it is relaying what will stop it happening again - or is there a short term solution to fill these with some mortar?

Many Thanks. Chris

when its dry weather use expanding foam and squirt some underneath the tiles, that will hold them in place
