Fixing Jablite to a garage ceiling

I need to fix some 100mm Jablite blocks to the ceiling of my garage, to provide insulation for the master bedroom above. Can you please recommend a suitable adhesive for the purpose? (The 10-88 I have would seem to be only for fixing to metal surfaces).

The ceiling seems to be a mixture of concrete and plasterboard, with boxed-in joists (which I don't intend to insulate) running the width of the ceiling at intervals.
