Fixing Kitchen Cupboards to Plasterboard
I've established thanks to reading posts on here that heavy duty redi drive fixings should be suitable. However, does anyone know how the cupboards will attach to the fixings e.g. are there usually brackets, or battens, or lugs, or what. Daft question I know, but the units haven't arrived yet and I'm trying to be prepared. Thanks
There are brackets which fit to the inside tops of the cabinets and poke out through the back James, these then "hang" on the fixings in the wall. The brackets are then tightened from inside the units and this pulls the unit back tight to the wall.
