    Fixing shower tray onto tiles

    Does anyone know if it is ok to fix a stone resin slimline shower tray directly onto newly laid tiles? The tray is a quadrant shape so don't fancy cuting the tiles to suit!!

    I was planning to use a decent silocone sealent to fix the tray to the tiles.

    Any advice would be much appreciated.

    hi
    yes its ok to lay the tray onto the tiles,if the floor is nice and level use some sought of fixing between the tray and tiles,cant see why you cant use blobs of silicone to glue it to the tiles or small blobs of mortar or even the tile adhesive if some is left over
