Fixings to create a clothes rail in built in cupboard

Can anyone tell me what the best fixings are to use to create a clothes rail in a built in cupboard? I am a complete novice DIYer and out of my comfort zone in B&Q and Homebase so simple terms only please!!!!

you need rail end supports and rail centre supports if the pole is long.
