flickering lights

the lights in my house have started to flicker about 2 weeks ago. But not all the time could this be a bad connection or the dimmer switch that buzzes

YOUR DIMMERSWITCH COULD BE UNSUTABLY RATED.
THERE COULD TROUBLE WITH CONNECTION OF CONDUCTORS. WOULD B AN IDEA TO GET IN A ELECTRICIAN TO CHECK THINGS OUT 4 U.
