floor tilin adhesive

I intend laying ceramic tiles on top of vinyl tiles in my kitchen. The vinyl tiles are really well stuck down on top of a cement screed and have a non smooth surface. Can anyone advise me as to which adhesive to use please?

Sorry not recommended, remove the tiles first, self level floor fit ceramic tiles.end
