[b]In need of some HELP here.
After removing some inferior cement from around the screed, I have discovered that the previous occupant used expanding foam as a foundation for the cement. I now have revealed a void between the interior brickwork and the external bricks. The void is approx 8ft x 12" deep x 4" wide and is a doorway to the outside, with an air brick in the middle.
I am trying to lay new laminate tiles over the void - what is the best way to fill this gap? and relay a screed?
