flue fitting regulations

What are the regulations concerning the fitting of flue on a gas boiler? Is there a minimum distance that a horizontal flue should be positioned away from PVC guttering on the external wall? Where do I find the regulations?

if you need to ask these questions you should be seriously asking yourself if you should be fitting a boiler in the 1st place

Don't worry about it - that's down to the RGI you employ to fit the boiler to sort out.
