Foundation help

I have water and gas pipes running through my foundations. Please can someone tell me the best way to bridge them with lintels and a step by step guide how to do it.

If they are actually running through the concrete of the foundations they can be ducted through with circular drain pipes of a slightly larger diameter than the pipe. This will not affect the integrity of the foundation. If the pipes need to go through the brickwork etc a lintel should be put in over the hole and it should have a minimum of 150mm bearing either side of the hole.
