FRIDGE FREEZER .. DOOR SEAL
3 YEAR OLD BEKO CA4511 FRIDGE FREEZER ... SEAL HAS COME AWAY FROM LOWER DOOR ON FREEZER COMPARTMENT RENDERING THE F/F USELESS. IT IS IN A GOOD STATE SO CAN IT BE RESTUCK AND WITH WHICH ADHESIVE ?
absandross,
Preferred solution is to buy a new door seal and fit it. Google fridge door seals. Temporary solution - buy a tube of neutral cure silicone, clean mating surfaces with water based then solvent cleaner. Apply silicone to both mating surfaces, fit seal and close door. Leave closed for 2 days. end
